(The camera fades into The Todoroki Arena with the view turning all around the arena to the number of people that are in attendance before we are brought back towards the signature commentators of Mark Stephens and Daniel Wilson sitting at ringside.)

Mark Stephens: Live from The Todoroki Arena in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan… WE ARE STRONG STYLE WRESTLING! Tonight, we continue the journey through The Best In The World Series with A Black continuing tonight with our main event having two tag team partners colliding in the chase for the main event of Wrestle Spirit and the SSW Puroresu Heavyweight Championship!

Daniel Wilson: Steven Cassidy stands in the ring against Shinati Mizarki for the main event tonight for the A Block! Another big match that has been set to happen is that the number one contender for the SSW Heritage Championship in Kai Stevens competes against the legendary Phantom Queen in Aria Jaxon! This tournament is wild and we’re about to witness some action right now!

(“Down In Mexico” by Rblin Beats blasts from the speakers with Pequeno Asesino walking out to the stage, waving to the crowd as he points to the ring, walking his way down the ramp to make his way there.)

Saya Takada: Introducing first, he is from Tijuana, Mexico… weighing in tonight at 99 pounds… “EL GRAN CORAZON”... PEEEQQQUUUEEENN--

Daniel Wilson: DEAR GOD! GRONK HAS JUST COME OUT OF NOWHERE FROM BEHIND WITH A RUNNING BIG BOOT TO THE BACK OF PEQUENO ASESINO’S HEAD! Gronk grabs Pequeno by the head, dragging him up to his feet as he lifts Pequeno into the air, holding him up there with ease RIGHT BEFORE DROPPING HIM ON HIS KNEE WITH THE CHOKEBREAKER! PEQUENO HAS BEEN LAID OUT BY THE KNEE THAT HAS BEEN DRIVEN INTO HIS SPINE WITH GRONK LAUGHING AT THE DESTRUCTION HE HAS CAUSED! Gronk grabs Pequeno by the mask and hoists him up over his shoulders AS HE TOSSES HIM CLEAR ACROSS THE RING WITH THE GRONK SMASH! THE THROWING CRUCIFIX POWERBOMB LAUNCHED PEQUENO ACROSS THE RAMP AND RIGHT BESIDE THE RING ITSELF! Gronk has just decimated the small guy right before our very eyes! Amazing!

Mark Stephens: HE’S A MONSTER! This poor guy was here to make his Strong Style Wrestling debut and instead of being able to do that, we have Gronk coming out here to destroy the poor soul! Disgraceful! It looks like Gronk is calling for the microphone from Saya Takada, looking down on the broken body of Pequeno Asesino, as the Young Lions go to help him out of the ring with Gronk looking straight towards the camera.

Gronk: Kai Stevens… this is a message from The Phantom Queen herself. What you have just seen here before you, it will be the same result that awaits you later tonight when you face her in your tournament match. Ronin, Tres Comas Club, Shoot Nation… none of them matter. The only faction that matters is The Phantom Troupe and it shall claim The Best In The World Series with our Queen reigning as champion once again!

(Gronk throws the microphone back into the ring for Saya Takada to take as Gronk starts to make his way up the ramp and backstage to exit the ring.)

(“Neo Tokyo” by Scandroid - Dance With The Dead Remix hits the speakers as Matthew enters wearing his signature one-piece shades with a red lens and a floor length black trench coat. He stands at the top of the ramp, bringing his hands together in a bird-like gesture.)

Saya Takada: Introducing first, from Oakland, California and weighing in at 224 pounds… He is “Troubleshooter”... MATTHEW!

Mark Stephens: This may be his first match in an SSW ring but Matthew will already be familiar to those of you who have been watching the past couple of weeks. He introduced himself with an attack on the newly signed Christopher Sabertooth and has continued to harass Chris and make him his target.

Wilson: I like his style. All of you criticising Matthew right now should just ask yourselves why you are so worked up about a guy you haven’t even seen wrestle yet. Matthew wanted to come in here and get himself noticed. That is exactly what he has done. He has got everyone’s eyes on him, even the ones that want to see him get his ass beat. JAYWALKER AND PENANCE EMERGE FROM BEHIND THE CURTAIN! WITH A WAVE OF HIS HAND, JAYWALKER DIRECTS PENANCE TO ASSIST SABERTOOTH IN PUNISHING THE UPSTART MATTHEW!

Wilson: HOLY HELL! JAYWALKER IS HERE PROTECTING HIS INVESTMENTS!!! SABERTOOTH AND PENANCE CONTINUE TO HAMMER DOWN ON MATTHEW WITH CLUBBING BLOWS! AND NOW PENANCE LIFTS HIM UP… BEAR HUG!!! Wilson: Penance drags Matthew’s head up by the hair and holds him still while Matthew lines himself up… BROKEN TOOTH!!! CHRISTOPHER SABERTOOTH TEES OFF WITH THE KNEE LEAVING MATTHEW UNRESPONSIVE AFTER THE STRIKE! JAYWALKER WATCHES ON, SMILING BEFORE RAISING A MICROPHONE TO HIS LIPS!

Jaywalker: You’ve already been introduced to Christopher Sabertooth, the man that will be the future of Tres Comas Club, but none of you have been introduced to the monster that has been aligned with us. Allow me to introduce Penance, our clown prince that shall rid us of problems and one of those problems has become you, Matthew. See, one of the most fundamental principles in business is to always… ALWAYS collect on what is owed to you. Over the past few weeks, Matthew has accumulated something of a debt in damages owed to us from the little game he has been playing with Christopher Sabertooth. Suffice to say, when somebody threatens my investments, sooner or later they WILL pay the price of their actions. Tonight we have spent some precious time from our busy schedules to collect on the debt owed to us. As you all can see, that debt was paid in blood. I do not often do this but Matthew, I do hope that this advice gets to you. It’s on the house, and just about the only thing you will get from the Tres Comas Club without having to pay for it. If you want to continue hampering my investments, then Matthew, you will continue paying the blood price with exponentially greater interest attached. I understand you want to raise your stock in this world but you cannot compete against our vast resources. Simply put, you need to find a new target and stop bothering Christopher or your career in this industry will end in something akin to what has happened tonight. We always collect on what belongs to us. And those who resist will always pay the price, one way or the other.

(Jaywalker nods towards Christopher Sabertooth and Penance with a smile on his face, all three men vacating the ring with pride gleaming on their faces, walking their way up the ramp with their hands raised in the air. Both men start to make their way backstage with Matthew raising himself up to look back at Tres Comas Club with a fury in his eyes. He rolls his way out and begins to limp his way to the barricade, shoving the Young Lions away when they try to assist him, climbing over the barricade and leaving the arena.)

(The camera pans backstage within the office of Jacob Senn once more as he continues to type on his computer, figuring out the situation before a knock comes from the door.)

Jacob Senn: Come in.

(Suddenly, Aria Jaxon followed by Gronk enters in the room with a disgusted look on her face, waving her hair back as she takes a seat onto the chair in front of The Chairman’s desk.)

Aria Jaxon: I got your… fax. Who even uses this anyway? I was told that I needed to meet you here, and even though I have my own personal business to attend to, I decided to give you a gift in being in my presence. So, what do you want?

Jacob Senn: As a courtesy from our working relationship that we’ve had in the past, I decided to talk to you about this personally. Rather than just deciding that The Phantom Troupe isn’t worth my time and seeing the money that can be made, I’ve decided not to fire you for your interruption of a Best In The World Series match a couple of weeks ago.

Aria Jaxon: Wait… you were thinking about firing me? I’m your inaugural SSW Puroresu Heavyweight Champion! I’m the biggest name that you have on this entire pathetic roster that has been halfhearted in even sticking around here, and you were even considering the fact of firing me! Over what? Making sure that Masanori Kawada knew his place in this tournament and doing whatever it took to be the best? I DIDN’T ATTACK HIM BACKSTAGE LIKE HE DID TO ME LAST WEEK!

Jacob Senn: Understandable, a situation that shall be handled along with this, but you or any Phantom Troupe members can’t be interfering in any other Best In The World Series matches! This tournament is about having the best contender for the SSW Puroresu Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Spirit and that can’t happen with you involved Phantom Troupe in every challenge that you have in this tournament. So, with that being said, I have figured out a fair punishment for you for ruining the match that you did.

Aria Jaxon: Oh great… look, I know you might can try to get away with this in Japan, but I can still sue yo--

Jacob Senn: NO! Jesus, what the hell are you thinking? I’m thinking of a match! Event Horizon is around the corner and I have decided that what a better way to give you an opportunity to prove your the best woman on this roster than to have a match at the event. If you’re the biggest draw of the company, you might as well be on the card.

Aria Jaxon: Of course you want to have me in a match at Event Horizon, I’m not just the biggest draw that you have, I’m THE draw of Strong Style Wrestling! Who did you have in mind?

Jacob Senn: That would b-- Ah, the other person that I wanted to see about this.

(The door has swung open to see Masanori Kawada stepping into the room, Aria Jaxon stands up to potentially fight with The Everlasting Hero and Gronk is prepared to go rounds alongside her, with Kawada holding the same reaction as he raises his fists.)

Jacob Senn: SETTLE DOWN! SETTLE DOWN! I asked Masanori Kawada to be here just as I asked you to be here, Aria. This situation needs to be defused now and I’m not going to have it continue any longer.

Aria Jaxon: This man attacked me last week and you intend for me to stick around in your office for him to do that again?

Masanori Kawada: You deserved it after having your group of villains assault me before our Best In The World Series match so that you can have an easy two points.

Aria Jaxon: Shouldn’t be such a so--

Jacob Senn: ENOUGH! Both of you were wrong in what you did and both of you know it! Kawada, I understand your frustration in what happened, but you can’t just rush backstage and attack Aria the first chance you get! In Strong Style Wrestling, we settle things in the ring and right now, that’s what we’re going to do at Event Horizon. Since I honestly don’t trust either of you for a match at the event between the two of you after what happened in the Best in the World Series match you had, I’ve decided to hold separate matches for the both of you. Kawada, you’ll be facing a member of the Phantom Troupe in Falke Halstenberg, one of the men that attacked you in your match a couple weeks ago.

Masanori Kawada: Good, I could actually get my hands on one of them and maybe, put a rest to this.

Aria Jaxon: Yeah, okay… What about me, Senn?

Jacob Senn: You’re going against a woman that you probably already have some knowledge about and since you want to start a vendetta against Ronin with Gronk at the start of this show, I think it’s even more fitting. At Event Horizon, you’re facing April Song.

Aria Jaxon: Fine, I’ll make short work out of her real quick. Make no mistake, I’ll win this match, just like I’m going to win this entire Best In The World Series.

Masanori Kawada: You might have cost me a victory a couple of weeks ago, but I’m going to make sure that no matter what, that won’t be happening. Mark my words.

Jacob Senn: Yeah, yeah, yeah, you know what’s happening now between the two of you. Now, get out of my office and don’t be putting your hands on each other or so help me, I’ll fire the both of you without hesitation!

(Aria Jaxon and Masanori Kawada share intense glares between each other right before they walk out of Jacob Senn’s office right before he returns back to his computer.)

(The camera returns back inside of the arena with the focus of the camera placed upon Saya Takada standing in the middle of the ring with the microphone in her hand as she makes the introduction for the match.)

(“Boombayah” by BLACKPINK echoes throughout the arena with Kikyo Himura stepping out onto the stage with a smile on her face, walking down the ramp with all the confidence in the world beside her, as she climbs up the steel steps and into the ring.)

Saya Takada: Introducing first, she is from Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan… weighing in tonight at 128 pounds… representing Ronin… “THE SCARLET FLAME OF STRONG STYLE WRESTLING”... KIIKKKYYYYOOOOO HIIMMMUUURRRRAAAAA!!!

Mark Stephens: One of the fastest rising talents in Strong Style Wrestling, Kikyo Himura hasn’t had the best introduction in the Best In The World Series, suffering a loss from the young lion of Shoot Nation known as Shinati Mizarki! Tonight, she hopes that she will be able to knock off the SSW Heritage Champion like the leader of Ronin was able to accomplish a couple of weeks ago! Can she be able to do it is the question?

Daniel Wilson: That’s a very valid question because Kikyo Himura has shining moments where she delivers promise where I could consider her to be one of the top talents of the roster like when she decimated Vanessa Santiago, but there are other moments where that talent is questionable at best. I honestly don’t know which Kikyo Himura we will see, but she better be prepared for a war tonight!

(“Oculus Ex Inferni” by Symphony X plays on the speakers with the SSW Heritage Champion walking out onto the stage with the championship belt in his hand and a white towel on his head. Khmaoch Sangkat removes the towel from his head and lifts his head with a burning scowl on his face directed to his opponent, walking down the ramp to make his way towards the ring, climbing the steel steps to enter the ring and stare down his opponent.)

Saya Takada: Introducing her opponent, he is from Prey Veng, Cambodia… he weighed in tonight at 235 pounds… representing The Phantom Troupe… he is THE SSW HERITAGE CHAMPION… “THE DAEMON OF PREY VENG”... KHHMMMAAAOOOCCCCHHHHH SAANNNGGGKKKAAAATTTTT!!!

Daniel Wilson: The most dominant champion in Strong Style Wrestling history, Khmaoch Sangkat walks into this match seeking redemption after his first outing in The Best In The World Series against Kai Stevens! With Kai being able to earn a championship opportunity because of that victory, the champion has to be looking to make sure that there will be no future contenders seeking to bring an end to his reign as champion!

Mark Stephens: Yes, but that will be determined on what Kikyo Himura will be bringing for the SSW Heritage Champion tonight! He’s going to definitely be looking for a submission and hope to completely dominate this match, but if Kikyo brings that style that she has been known for, we might see another upset!

Mark Stephens: The bell has been rung and Kikyo Himura is not wasting time as she’s rushing in with a full head of steam BUT KHMAOCH SANGKAT BLASTS HER IN THE FACE WITH A BRUTAL HEADBUTT! YOU COULD HEAR THE BONE MEETING TOGETHER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING WITH KIKYO’S EYES GLAZING OVER FROM THE IMPACT! Kikyo stumbles around the ring with Khmaoch rushing into the ropes RIGHT BEFORE HE RETURNS FOR THE YOUNG BOY KILLER! MIGHT AS WELL CALL IT THE YOUNG GIRL KILLER THIS TIME, BECAUSE HE JUST LAID INTO KIKYO WITH THE BICYCLE KICK! Khmaoch’s expression hasn’t changed for a second as he looks around with that cold stare SLICING HIS THROAT AS HE LOOKS DOWN UPON THE HELPLESS HIMURA! He grabs her by the head and hooks underneath her arms LEAPING IN THE AIR TO WRAP HIS LEGS IN FOR THE BODY SCISSORS TO LOCK IN THE ATTACHMENT DEMERIT! ROLLING BUTTERFLY LOCK WITH THE BODY SCISSORS APPLIED! THIS COULD BE IT!

Daniel Wilson: I guess you’re seeing just the person that was walking into this fight with the SSW Heritage Champion because ever since that destructive headbutt from him, Kikyo Himura hasn’t been able to anything since it happened! Khmaoch Sangkat keeps wrenching back on the arms and squeezing with his legs around her body, but there’s nothing else that she can do WITH KIKYO FORCED TO SUBMIT FROM THE ATTACHMENT DEMERIT! SHE TAPS OUT! SHE TAPS OUT!

(“Oculus Ex Inferni” by Symphony X plays in the background with Khmaoch Sangkat standing up on his feet with the SSW Heritage Championship lifted in the air with a smile on his face, looking down with disappointment towards his opponent, as he kicks Kikyo Himura in the ribs to force her out of the ring.)

Saya Takada: Here is your winner… KHHMMMAAAOOOCCCCHHHHH SAANNNGGGKKKAAAATTTTT!!!

Mark Stephens: Khmaoch Sangkat gets a DOMINANT victory here tonight against Kikyo Himura and right now, he gets himself two points to make his climb up the ladder towards a potential championship opportunity at Wrestle Spirit! We might have not gotten the Kikyo that we wanted to see here, but the SSW Heritage Champion wasn’t playing around tonight!

Daniel Wilson: No, he wasn’t, Mark! He came with victory in mind and he did just that and think about this! If Khmaoch Sangkat holds onto the SSW Heritage Championship until Wrestle Spirit AND wins the Best In The World Series, we could see our first double champion in Strong Style Wrestling! Wouldn’t that be something?

Mark Stephens: That would be a sight to see, but we’re going to have to wait and see what happens in the tournament as we are just in the early stages right now! Congratulations to the SSW Heritage Champion and his victory in the Best In The World Series!

(Khmaoch Sangkat rolls out of the ring and slings the SSW Heritage Championship onto his shoulder, walking his way up the ramp with a smile on his face as he made his way backstage, all while The Young Lions scrambled to ringside to lift Kikyo Himura to her feet and begin to escort her backstage.)

(“Carnage” by contRoVersy echoes throughout The Todoroki Arena with the crowd instantly showing their disdain to see CM Nas and Saul Omen both walk out onto the stage with the SSW Freebird Tag Team Championships on their shoulders, looking out towards the crowd with a snicker on their faces, as they both walk towards the ring.)

Daniel Wilson: THE SSW FREEBIRD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS ARE HERE! CM Nas and Saul Omen have been enjoying themselves in watching this Best In The World Series take place along with the delight in being the ones to unseat The One True Pairing as the tag team championship! With Event Horizon coming close and with Cassius Corleone claiming victory against Jaydayne Pendragon, we do know that the rematch will be happening at that event!

Mark Stephens: A match that will definitely bring some life to the tag team division with The One True Pairing, but CM Nas and Saul Omen are both very confident it seems in their chances in retaining at Event Horizon! I don’t blame them after what happened at Domination and trust me, this is going to be an interesting match!

CM Nas: I thought we were finished with these entitled children that believed that their romance was enough to keep these SSW Freebird Tag Team Championships, but it seems that Jacob Senn continues to be a thorn in my side. It’s not enough that I have to deal with his problems in Omega Wrestling Alliance, but here? In Japan? He’s out here handing opportunities at OUR SSW Freebird Tag Team Championships like candy towards Cassius Corleone because of what? He beat the SSW Puroresu Heavyweight Champion? ANYONE on The Phantom Troupe could do the same in defeating that man and the only reason that The Phantom Queen herself wasn’t able to, it was because of sheer luck and nothing else! However, this doesn’t bring worry to me or Saul Omen because we already proved at Domination that no matter how much The One True Pairing believe that they are the most formidable tag team in Strong Style Wrestling, they just can’t make the cut when it comes to us. We’re the greatest tag team on this roster and if you don’t believe me, just look at what happens to ANY tag team that challenges us. The One True Pairing doesn’t strike fear into our hearts, they don’t make us quiver in our boots, they make us laugh at how desperate they are to reclaim these belts. I don’t know what Jacob Senn believed he was doing when he allowed The One True Pairing another opportunity at the SSW Freebird Tag Team Championships, but while he sits back there with his fax and wishes that he could get a chance at my Omega Heavyweight Championship, I’m going to be dominating the professional wrestling world with Saul Omen at my si--

(“S.O.A.R.” by Devour The Day interrupts the ranting of CM Nas with the suited Jacob Senn walking out towards the stage, waving his finger with a smile on his face, as he stops at the stage looking straight at CM Nas.)

Jacob Senn: Nas, you never fail to surprise me. Instead of believing that this match with The One True Pairing was something against you, you could have taken this match as a blessing to reiterate the fact that you and Saul Omen are the top tag team of the entire company! However, I believe that you’re right. I believe that we might need to change this match at Event Horizon from the rematch that everyone has been looking to see between the two of you and The One True Pairing…

CM Nas: THANK YOU! You finally have seen reason and know tha--

Jacob Senn: I wasn’t finished, Nas. I said that we need to change the match and I agree that we shall as we have the reigning SSW Freebird Tag Team Champions defending those titles against… THE FORMER TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS IN THE ONE TRUE PAIRING… AND THE NEWEST TAG TEAM IN SHOOT NATION’S SHINATI MIZARKI AND STEVEN CASSIDY IN A TRIPLE THREAT TAG TEAM MATCH!

CM Nas: WHAT? YOU CAN’T DO THIS! I KNOW THAT THE ONLY REASON THAT YOU’RE DOING THIS IS BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT THE ONE CHALLENGING ME FOR THIS OMEGA HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! Well, you know what… YOU’RE NEVER GETTING THIS CHAMPIONSHIP FROM ME! EVER!

Jacob Senn: Oh no, this isn’t about that championship… it’s about the SSW Freebird Tag Team Championship and revitalizing a division that needs to be showcased in this company. However, you want to make this personal? I’ll make it personal not just between us, but between all of those involved with that championship because your match at Event Horizon won’t be just ANY triple threat tag team match. It will be a triple threat tag team LADDER MATCH! Hope that you have the match that you wished for because honestly, I find this match to be the one that will steal the show!

(Jacob Senn winks to the two men in the ring as he makes his exit from the arena, CM Nas fuming from the announcement of their match at Event Horizon, but Saul Omen seems to be very content with the match that has been decided with the camera cutting to commercial break… )

Saya Takada: Introducing first, from Los Angeles, California and weighing in at 137 pounds. She is “The One True Wife”... SAKURA CORLEONE!!!

Mark Stephens: It has been a tough time of late for Mrs Corleone. She and her life partner, Cassius, surrendered Tres Comas Club’s SSW Freebird Tag Team Titles to the Phantom Troupe at Domination. Then to make matters worse, she has come away with a slow start in this series after defeat to Steven Cassidy in the first round. Does she have what it takes to bounce back and prove herself, not just as a great tag team wrestler, but as a singles star as well?

(The crowd lets out cheers as the lights die down and the music shifts to "Forces", the music that signals the arrival of The Everlasting Hero. The blue lights pan the crowd as the song hits it stride before Masanori Kawada emerges to loud chants of “KA-WA-DA”. If it wasn’t for GREED being involved in things that he didn’t need to be involved in because of envy, I would be standing here as the SSW Junior Heavyweight Champion and the leader of Tres Comas Club! Our match at Event Horizon, it puts an end to this fantasy that you’re the man that Tres Comas Club needs at the helm because I don’t care who you’ve beaten. Wilson: It’s a very, very similar situation here for Steven Cassidy. In fact, these two are Shoot Nation stablemates and often times tag partners who share a lot of history.
