(The camera fades into The Osaka Central Gymnasium with the view highlighting the amount of fans in attendance for the Strong Survive Tour event that has been made to happen tonight. The camera turns over towards Saya Takada standing in the middle of the ring with a smile on her face, wearing a stunning red dress with heels to match, as she looked out towards the fans!)

Saya Takada: Welcome to THE STRONG SURVIVE TOUR EVENT HOSTED BY STRONG STYLE WRESTLING!

(The fans start to clap for the announcement that will seem to start the event with the camera pointing towards the stage that has been built for the event.)

Saya Takada: The following contest is scheduled for one fall AND IS A SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH!!!

(“By The Sword” by contRoVersy blasts from the speakers with a fleet of Ronin members arriving to the stage with Kai Stevens and Brian Church walking out onto the stage, Dr. Shrapnel donning his mask with Nursey at his side, finally followed up with Damien Walker taking the lead as he looks straight down to the ring. They all nod towards one another before making their way to the ring.)

Saya Takada: Introducing first, at a combined weight of 603 pounds… accompanied to the ring by Brian Church and Nursey… they are the team of THE DEBUTING KAI STEVENS… DR. SHRAPNEL… AND DAMIEN WALKER… ROONNNIIIIINNNNNN!!!

Mark Stephens: Two of the newest faces of Ronin with The Good Doctor himself in Dr. Shrapnel and a debuting star in Kai Steven are led by an experienced and unstable figure in Damien Walker into this match here tonight to kick of this iteration of The Strong Survive Tour! You have to wonder with a man like Damien Walker taking the helm of this match with forces like Shrapnel and Stevens at his back, what could happen in this match?

Daniel Wilson: This team shouldn’t be one to be concerned about, Mark. We know that Ronin has been a team that has trouble gaining any ground on Strong Style Wrestling and if it wasn’t for Tarah Nova, this team wouldn’t have even had the success they have had in the tag team division. I mean, the first opportunity that they defended the titles without her, they lost them and that was due to in part to the man leading this team tonight.

(“Money, Power, Fame” by contRoVersy plays on the sound system when members of Tres Comas Club start to flock out of the backstage area. The strong and confident Racer Smiles marches out with a smile on his face, Jun Nobunaga steps out with a smirk on his face, and finally the newest member of the fold in Jack Ryland walks with a pinch of arrogance on his face.)

Saya Takada: Introducing their opponents, at a combined weight of 640 pounds… they are the team of JACK RYLAND… JUN NOBUNAGA… AND RACER SMILES… TRREEEESSSSS COOMMMAAAASSSSS CLLUUUUBBBBBBB!!!

Daniel Wilson: The turbulent nature of The Tres Comas Club has been something that has played a factor in most of their matches here recently, but these three men seem to be generally on the same page when it comes to the war that has been going among their ranks. The question will be how tested are they in battle to where they could be able to make sure that tonight, TCC pulls through with a victory?

Mark Stephens: Both factions could really benefit from a victory here tonight in this opening match, but there can only be one faction that walks out with their hand held high in the match. Will it be the underdogs in Ronin to let the world know that they are here to be a dominant faction in this sport like the rest or will Tres Comas Club put to ease these rumors to let them know that everything is fine within their ranks?

Mark Stephens: The first match of the night has been called to start with the match starting out with Racer Smiles of Tres Comas Club facing off against the monstrous foe known as Dr. Shrapnel whose violent tendencies will definitely be showcased in this fight. Racer and Shrapnel walk around the ring to size up one another WHEN SMILES COMES IN FOR A GRAPPLE AGAINST THE DOCTOR! YAKUZA KICK! SHRAPNEL WON’T BE ALLOWING HIM TO GET THAT GRAPPLE IN ON HIM, KNOWING THE STRENGTH THAT THIS MAN HAS BEHIND HIM, TO WHERE THAT BOOT IS DRIVEN RIGHT INTO THE SIDE OF SMILES’ FACE! Racer holds the side of his face and nods his head in acknowledgement of his talents BEFORE SPINNING IN FOR THE DISCUS FOREARM TO LAND ONTO HIM! SHRAPNEL DUCKS UNDER THE FOREARM SHOT AND LOOKS TO MAKE A MAD SPRINT INTO THE ROPES BEFORE HE BOUNCES BACK WITH A LARIAT TO KNOCK RACER SMILES OFF OF HIS FEET!

Daniel Wilson: DROPKICK! RACER SMILES HITS AN IMPRESSIVE DROPKICK RIGHT INTO THE FACE OF DR. SHRAPNEL BEFORE HE ROLLS BACK UP TO HIS FEET! Shrapnel attempts to shake off the dropkick as he pushes himself up to his feet BUT RACER IS ABLE TO CATCH THE GOOD DOCTOR FROM BEHIND WITH A WAISTLOCK AND THROWS HIM BACK FOR THE RELEASE GERMAN SUPLEX WITH EASE! SHRAPNEL LANDS FACE-FIRST INTO THE CANVAS TO WHERE HE HOLDS HIS CHEST FROM THE IMPACT AS HE ATTEMPTS TO STAND BACK TO HIS FEET FROM THIS, BUT RACER GRABS HIM BEFORE HE CAN AND HOISTS HIM UP ONTO HIS SHOULDERS! Racer turns his attention over towards the turnbuckle AS HE SPRINTS IN FOR THE BUCKLE BOMB! RACER TOSSES SHRAPNEL RIGHT INTO THE TURNBUCKLE AS HE LANDS RIGHT ON HIS SPINE TO NEARLY COLLAPSES ONTO THE FLOOR! Racer starts to brush his hands to where he’s very confident in his abilities to win this match on his own BUT THE REFEREE CALLS OUT FOR THE TAG TO WHERE HE TURNS AROUND TO SEE WHO HAS JUMPED INTO THE FRAY IN THIS MATCH!

Mark Stephens: IT’S KAI STEVENS! He’s ready to make his debut in Strong Style Wrestling against one of the strongest individuals on the roster with Racer Smiles! Racer chuckles to where he tells him to bring it on to where Kai’s confidence has no hesitation to do just that RUSHING IN FOR A JUMPING KNEE STRIKE RIGHT ONTO THE CHIN OF RACER! Racer is stunned from this shot WITH STEVENS FOLLOWING UP WITH AN INVERTED ROUNDHOUSE KICK RIGHT INTO THE SIDE OF HIS FACE! KAI STEVENS IS BRINGING IT TO THE POWERHOUSE IN THIS MATCH! Racer starts to stumble back into the ropes when Kai lands a knee right into his stomach before throwing Smiles up onto the top rope HOOKING HIM BY HIS HEAD AS HE DROPS HIM DOWN ONTO THE CANVAS WITH A ROPE-HUNG DDT RIGHT THERE! Daniel Wilson: Who would have thought that this would be the type of fighter that we would have found from Ronin? Kai Stevens starts to drag Racer Smiles away from the ropes to where he can pull him up to his feet HOOKING HIM BY THE NECK FOR THE STO BACKBREAKER INTO THE SWINGING REVERSE STO! HE CALLS THAT THE SPELLCHECKER AND WHAT A BRUTAL SPIKE ONTO THE CANVAS RACER EATS FROM THAT! Kai stands to his feet to see Racer rolling over towards his corner to where he’s slumped into it, giving Stevens the opportunity to exit through the apron opposite of them as he grabs onto the top rope, LEAPING ONTO IT FOR THE USURPER! THE SPRINGBOARD COAST-TO-COAST FROM KAI STEVENS AS HE FLIES ACROSS THE RING RIGHT INTO RACER SMILES! BRIAN CHURCH IS CELEBRATING AND RALLYING BEHIND HIS FRIEND AS HE SCREAMS FOR HIM TO FINISH IT RIGHT HERE! I THINK KAI STEVENS IS DOING EXACTLY THAT! Kai kicks Racer in the ribs as he starts to climb his way to the top of the turnbuckle LOOKING FOR WHAT COULD BE KATABASIS!

Mark Stephens: NO! JUN NOBUNAGA SHAKES THE TOP ROPE TO WHERE KAI STEVENS LOSES HIS BALANCE AND FALLS RIGHT ONTO THE TOP OF THE TURNBUCKLE! Jun looks over towards Jack and calls for him to strike against Kai WITH BOTH MEN RUSHING IN FOR A DOUBLE SUPERKICK TO THE FACE OF STEVENS! KAI FALLS BACK WITH HIS FEET HANGING ONTO THE TOP OF THE TURNBUCKLE WITH THE TIDE TURNED INTO THE FAVOR OF TRES COMAS CLUB NOW! Racer starts to pull himself up to his feet WITH JUN NOBUNAGA MAKING THE TAG ON HIS PARTNER AS HE RUNS ACROSS THE RING TO RUSH IN FOR THE LOW DROPKICK RIGHT INTO THE FACE OF STEVENS! Jun takes a moment to let this moment sink in and starts taunting before he reaches his feet while Stevens collapses to the floor from the dropkick! Jun grabs Stevens by the head and drags him towards the center of the ring to where he pulls him up to his feet LOOKING TO BE ABLE TO LAND A C2 RIGHT HERE TO FINISH THE MATCH! THE SOMERSAULT REVERSE DD-- WAIT! KAI GRABS NOBUNAGA BY THE ARM AND LOCKS HIM INTO THE CATACLYSM! THE CRIPPLER CROSSFACE HAS BEEN APPLIED AND HE STARTS REARING BACK ON THE SUBMISSION TO WHERE NOBUNAGA HAS NOWHERE TO GO TO ESCAPE THE SUBMISSION! KAI KEEPS PUTTING THE PRESSURE ON NOBUNAGA TO WHERE HE KEEPS STRETCHING HIM OUT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING! COULD HE HAVE HIM RIGHT HERE?

Daniel Wilson: OH! JACK RYLAND IS ABLE TO COME IN WITH THE SAVE AS HE DROPS AN ELBOW RIGHT ONTO THE BACK OF KAI STEVEN’S NECK! Jack stands up to his feet taking pride in this BUT DR. SHRAPNEL QUICKLY RUSHES IN AND THROWS JACK OVER THE TOP ROPE AND ONTO THE FLOOR WITH A RUNNING LARIAT! Shrapnel has a few choice words to say to Ryland about that BUT RACER RUSHES IN AND THROWS SHRAPNEL OUTSIDE OF THE RING HIMSELF! Racer starts to turn back around WHEN DAMIEN WALKER SPRINTS IN WITH A BICYCLE KICK RIGHT INTO THE FACE OF SMILES THAT SENDS HIM TUMBLING DOWN HIMSELF ONTO THE PILE OF BODIES THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF THE RING! Damien turns to see Stevens pushing himself up to his feet to where Walker exits to the ring apron CALLING STEVENS OVER TOWARDS HIM TO MAKE THE TAG! Kai holds the back of his neck as he stands up to see that Walker’s calling for the tag PUTTING HIS PRIDE ASIDE TO TAG THE MAN IN WITH DAMIEN WALKING IN TO GRAB NOBUNAGA!

Mark Stephens: Damien Walker starts to hook Jun Nobunaga by his arms LIFTING HIM UP HIGH IN WHAT COULD BE A CRANIAL CONTUSION COMING BEFORE HE TURNS TOWARDS KAI STEVENS! Damien screams for Kai to do it with Stevens nodding his head RUSHING IN TO HIT NOBUNAGA WITH AN APOCALYPSE NOW! KAI STRIKES WITH THE SUPERKICK TO NOBUNAGA’S FACE WHEN DAMIEN SPIKES HIM ON HIS HEAD WITH THE DOUBLE UNDERHOOK PILEDRIVER! WHAT A COMBINATION FROM BOTH MEN RIGHT THERE WITH DAMIEN ROLLING NOBUNAGA ON HIS SHOULDERS FOR THE PIN ATTEMPT WHILE STEVENS MAKES SURE NONE OF THE TRES COMAS CLUB PARTNERS INTERVENE IN THE COUNT!

(“By The Sword” by contRoVersy plays in the background with both Damien Walker and Kai Stevens celebrating in the ring with an embrace while Dr. Shrapnel is on the outside with Nursey picking him up out of the pile of bodies beside the ring.)

Saya Takada: Here are your winners… KAI STEVENS, DR. SHRAPNEL, AND DAMIEN WALKER… ROOONNNNNIIIINNNNNNNN!!!

Mark Stephens: THEY HAVE DONE IT! Ronin walks out of here tonight’s with their hands held high in victory to make sure that the world has them on notice! You have got to say that this trio here tonight under the leadership of Damien Walker proved that they could get the job done! Not only did it mark a good night for Damien and Dr. Shrapnel, but Kai Stevens can mark down his debut here in Strong Style Wrestling with a victory!

Daniel Wilson: Ronin has impressed me with this match, I will give you that, Mark. This leaves me to wonder how Racer Smiles is going to react to knowing that he has had another tag team defeat under Tres Comas Club? He was on fire at the start of this match, but when Kai Stevens came into the equation, he was the game changer in this match that swung it into the favor of Ronin. Ronin picked up a good talent right there that I’m definitely a fan of! Congratulations to Ronin and hopefully, it will be better luck next time for Tres Comas Club!

(Kai Steven and Damien Walker call over Dr. Shrapnel to join them in the ring, all three men holding each other’s arms in the air in victory to celebrate for Ronin, to where they all leave the ring and start to make their way to the backstage area. We see Racer Smiles pick himself up and shake his head, furious about the result with Jack Ryland trying to calm him down, as Racer shoves him away and makes his retreat while leaving Jun Nobunaga out in the middle of the ring.)

(The camera has been turned away from the arena into a room of pitch black darkness that has an ethereal hum that goes through the background with CM Nas appearing on the screen with a perplexed look upon his face. Smoke can be seen trailing into the room with a cough escaping from CM Nas as he cradles the Omega Heavyweight Championship on his shoulder.)

CM Nas: Why do I have to deal with this guy? Out of all the people that I need to be in a tag team with, it has to be this weird dude. Aria would have been a good choice, Khmaoch would have been a good choice, even Gronk would have been better… but Saul? The guy just gives me the creeps.

???: No need to fear.

(CM Nas jumps as if he was about to leap right out of his boots as he turns around… seeing Saul Omen dressed in a black suit with a matching tie. Saul is able to give a grimace of amusement towards Nas while fury starts to boil onto the face of the Omega Heavyweight Champion.)

CM Nas: Don’t do that! Gave me a freaking heart attack, dude. You wonder why people call you an emo with all of this darkness and smoke supernatural shit. It feels like I’m in some Black Veil Brides music video.

Saul Omen: I have my own way of handling things around here. You have yours. It’s what makes us a formidable tag team evident from what happened at Game Over against Stark.

CM Nas: Yeah, you did your part. We got even with Stark for what he did to us at Supremacy, but you know that we’re far from done with them. Brian Daniels and Stark still need to be dealt with after what we’ve been through with them.

Saul Omen: Brother, you stress too much. This match that they’ve challenged us to will be nothing to fret over. The situation is in our favor in this scenario. We might not even see a tag team match and we might have a handicap match depending on what we hear from Jaydayne Pendragon tonight. However, say Brian Daniels does sway Jaydayne Pendragon to be able to allow Stark to compete in this match. Say that we have them to face against us at Budokai Tenkaichi in a match that could not only reveal the weaknesses of heroes, but would secure The Phantom Troupe to being the force that we all know it is. We have a bond that has been tested through multiple matches throughout this company’s history, but what does Brian Daniels have to be able to trust Stark with? What does Stark have to trust Brian Daniels with? What chemistry lies underneath all that bravado and courage that they have?

CM Nas: Right, basically you’re relying on Stark to betray his partner and even if he doesn’t, we have the experience on our side in this match? I would say that your logic would be sound if you had been in the ring with Brian Daniels before. I’m telling you, the man has a way to defy the odds. The man’s career has been defined by it. What makes you so sure that he won’t do the same at Budokai Tenkaichi?

Saul Omen: For one reason, brother. No man on this Earth can escape the icy grip of Death. With me by your side, there’s no challenge that we can’t overcome.

CM Nas: Our entire strategy rests on your faith? Listen, you’re a killer in that ring and I’m one of the most prolific names in this sport today. I’m not saying that what you’re saying is wrong, but I have faith in what I can’t actually see.

Saul Omen: Whatever.

(Saul Omen turns his attention over towards the camera to where he tugs on it a bit, looking straight towards it with a sinister look in his eyes before pulling it back to capture the face of CM Nas beside him.)

Saul Omen: Brian Daniels, we accept your challenge. CM Nas and I will fight you against whoever you decide to align with you. If Stark is allowed to be your partner, we’ll face you in tag team action. However, should he be denied by the leader of heroes that you have become subservient to, we won’t hesitate to have this match be a handicap match. Like my partner said, you’ve been known to overcome the odds. I’d like to see that firsthand.

CM Nas: Stark, you have put yourself into a situation that you don’t need to be involved in. There was no need for you to be included in this war between The Phantom Troupe and Shoot Nation. Whether it be redemption or another moment to be in the spotlight, Budokai Tenkaichi will be a place where you shall be left realizing the mistakes that you have made.

(CM Nas waves some more smoke away from his face before he pats Saul Omen on the shoulder to tell him to come with him, Saul dropping the camera onto the floor, as he leaves the camera in the dark alone.)

(The show returns back to ringside to where the fans start to prepare for the upcoming bout when they see Saya Takada take centerstage in the ring.)

Saya Takada: The following contest is scheduled for ONE FALL!

(“Party Girl” -- McFly hits to a huge pop, and emphatic cheers fill the air as an enthusiastic Belle Kingsley bounds out onto the stage. She stands at the top of the ramp, gesturing to the fans and causing them to cheer louder. The Apparition follows closely behind, albeit looking much more laidback than Belle. He makes his way to ringside as she rushes toward the ring, sliding under the bottom rope and hopping up onto the second rope in the nearest corner, where she’s showered with streamers from the crowd.)

Saya Takada: IIIIIIIINTRODUCING FIRST! BEING ACCOMPANIED BY THE APPARITION...REPRESENTING SHOOT NATION...FROM CARDIFF, WALES...WEIGHING IN AT 120 POUNDS...SHE IS “THEEEE BELLE OF THE BALL”...BELLLLLLLLLLLLE KIIIIIIIIIIIIINSGLEY!

Mark Stephens: For many members of Shoot Nation as of late, “close but no cigar” seems to be a statement that applies to much of what they’ve faced. Belle Kingsley in particular has been on the wrong side of several close calls, advancing very far in the inaugural Heaven’s Arena Cup Tournament and putting on a hell of a performance back at Supremacy, only to come up short! She has the chance to put her best foot forward tonight against a woman who’s been something of a thorn in her side.

Daniel Wilson: “Almost” only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, partner! Judging by this reaction Belle is getting, you’re not the only person giving her a gold star just for all the trying she’s done lately. The fact of the matter is, she crumbles when the pressure sets in, and her opponent tonight gets shit done. Not the best combo for Miss Kingsley.

(“Grip!” -- Every Little Thing hits the PA system, and the excitement of the crowd is replaced by disdain for the approaching Sakura Corleone. Her Freebird Tag Team Championship is strapped around her waist as she strides into view, followed closely by Cash Corleone, whose matching title belt is slung over his shoulder. Sakura’s eyes are narrowed as she removes her trademark mask at the top of the ramp, looking over the fans with disgust in her eyes. Her expression changes on a dime when she looks at Cash, though, and suddenly she’s all smiles.)

Saya Takada: AAAAAAAAND HER OPPONENT! BEING ACCOMPANIED TO THE RING BY CASSIUS CORLEONE...REPRESENTING TRES COMAS CLUB...FROM LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA...WEIGHING IN AT 137 POUNDS...SHE IS ONE-HALF OF THE SSW FREEBIRD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS...THIS IS “THEEEE YANDERE GODDESS”...SAKURAAAAAAAAAA COOOOOOOOOOOORLEONE!

Daniel Wilson: OTP! OTP! OTP! Ridiculously early into their SSW tenures, the first couple of TCC find themselves sitting atop the tag team scene! Call them cheesy, call them mutually obsessed with each other, whatever, but nobody can deny their effectiveness as an in-ring tandem!

Mark Stephens: It’s impossible to take anything away from their already-proven capabilities as a team, but this is a singles match. Cassius and The Apparition might be in the corners of their respective partners, but when it’s all said and done, it’s up to either Belle or Sakura to bring this win home. Belle’s proven she can stand on her own two feet and notch individual victories. Will the tag team specialist be able to say the same?

(DING! DING! DING!)

Daniel Wilson: Belle looks pretty cautious as the other...bell signals the beginning of the match. Sakura, on the other hand, looks pretty hard to read. Probably a lot more relaxed, like a real champion! The two circle each other with their hands up, waiting to see who makes the first move, and Kingsley lunges for the opening collar-and-elbow tie-up! No, Sakura fakes her out and quickly dips behind Belle, jumping up onto her back and slapping on a sleeper hold! Corleone is wrenching that hold for dear life, screaming like a banshee and already imploring Belle to give up, which the Shoot Nation scum definitely should! Kingsley is flailing her arms around, trying to find a way out, and she reaches up behind her, grabbing two handfuls of Sakura’s multicolored hair and RIPPING her off with a variation of a hair-pull snapmare! It’s effective enough as Cash’s better half is flung into a seated position in front of Belle, and Kingsley reacts fast, charging in and nailing Sakura with a basement dropkick to the spine! She recoils in pain and the Welsh native shoves her back into the canvas for the first cover of the match!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEE!

Mark Stephens: It’s good enough for a count of one as Corleone powers out, and the other half of the Tag Team Champions doesn’t look very enthused at ringside over the way this match is going so far. We’ve barely gotten started and already Belle is in the driver’s seat! Both women spring up to their feet in the aftermath of that cover. Sakura strikes first, swinging with a spinning heel kick! NO! Belle ducks out of the way altogether! Before Sakura can turn around to face Belle, the Shoot Nation rep catches her with a dropkick to the back, sending her staggering forward into the ropes! Cash is shouting words of encouragement now, urging Sakura to look alive as Belle comes running right for her! OH! Corleone catches Kingsley with a well-placed back elbow, sending the Welsh expatriate stumbling away holding her jaw! Belle drops down to a knee and Corleone takes off in her direction, catching her with a running knee lift right to the center of the face! Belle’s been floored and Sakura goes for the cover!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEE!

Daniel Wilson: Another count of one, and now it’s The Apparition’s turn to try to will his partner on, since Sakura’s now the one firmly in control! As both women get to a vertical base, Sakura doubles Belle over with a body blow, causing her to hunch over clutching her ribs. She slaps on the preemptive hold for a swinging neckbreaker, but as she goes to execute it, Kingsley manages to spin out of it completely! Both women spin around, standing face-to-face and Belle catches Sakura with a NASTY palm strike right on the button! Sakura was knocked loopy, and Kingsley follows it up with a hellacious elbow smash to the side of the head! Another! And another! Someone come get this woman, she’s completely getting the best of Sakura! Kingsley backs Corleone into the nearest corner! Belle leaps up into a headscissors before falling back into a hurricanrana pin out of the corner! She’s got Sakura’s shoulders down!

Referee: ONEEEEEEEEEE! TWOOOOOOOOOO!

Mark Stephens: WAIT A SECOND! Cash Corleone reached under the bottom rope and grabbed Sakura’s hand, yanking her out of position for the pin and breaking it up! Belle turns around to shout at him, and The Apparition isn’t taking too kindly to the gesture either! He rushes in and blindsides Cash with one hell of a big boot, taking Sakura’s cheerleader out of commission! It sounds like this crowd on hand in Osaka is loving it!

Daniel Wilson: How could they cheer something like that?!

Mark Stephens: An eye for an eye, Daniel! Cash couldn’t let the match go off without a hitch, so The Apparition took care of him! And hey, since when are you a bleeding heart?

Daniel Wilson: I’m not!

Mark Stephens: Just a noble, devoted fan of the Corleones, right?

Daniel Wilson: Right!

Mark Stephens: Suuuuuure. Back in the ring, Sakura and Belle are still going at it! Kingsley cuts Sakura’s legs out from underneath her with a legsweep and quickly looks to follow it up with a standing somersault leg drop! CLOSE BUT NO CIGAR! Corleone rolls out of the way, causing Belle to land flat on her ass! Daniel Wilson: There’s a two-count! Don’t these Shoot Nation people EVER give up? Looks like there’s more commotion on the outside, though! Cash Corleone has his wits about him again, and he looks PISSED! The Apparition is none the wiser, focusing on keeping Belle motivated...BAD IDEA! Cash rushes in and blasts The Apparition over the back of the head with his Tag Team title! The Apparition falls face-first onto the ringside floor, but Cash isn’t done yet! He stoops to pick up The Apparition, only to drive him back-first into the ring apron for good measure! He’s out of commission, folks! Belle’s caught wind of what’s going on now, yelling over the top rope to her partner -- HANG ON! HERE COMES SAKURA! She clubs Kingsley over the back of the head with a double axe-handle, causing her to fall forward into the ropes! She didn’t keep her eye on the prize, and now Sakura’s taking advantage! She rolls Kingsley up!

(“Grip!” hits once more to impassioned boos from the crowd. The official raises Sakura’s hand briefly, but she quickly snatches it away. Meanwhile, Cassius barks orders for the Young Lions to retrieve Sakura’s Tag Team Championship belt for her. She snatches it from one of them before exiting the ring and going to celebrate with her husband at ringside.)

Mark Stephens: By hook or by crook, the Freebird Tag Team Champions turned a singles match into a team effort and managed to steal a victory from Belle Kingsley, all while roughing up The Apparition!

Daniel Wilson: If the ref didn’t see it, it didn’t happen! Sakura proves that she can get the job done in singles competition as well, and frankly, I’m impressed! It must suck to be Shoot Nation right now, but what else is new?

(The camera captures Cassius and Sakura walking hand-in-hand up the ramp. Then, an irritated-looking Belle is shown rolling under the bottom rope and exiting the ring to check on The Apparition, who’s recovering at ringside. The shot then fades elsewhere.)

(The camera turns away from the arena to the backstage area with Jaydayne Pendragon walking in his ring attire from what looked to be some media for Budokai Tenkaichi as he is stopped in the hallway by the newest member of Shoot Nation’s faction, Brian Daniels. Jaydayne starts to give him a sense of frustration on his face as he starts to press his fingers on his brow before he finally looks right towards Brian.)

Jaydayne Pendragon: Don’t make me do this, Brian. You, out of everyone in this company, should know that my reservations about Stark are merited. The man is a liability and you shouldn’t be teaming with him against The Phantom Troupe of all the factions. If you need someone to team with you, I know there is someone in Shoot Nation that will be more than willing to stand beside you in that ring as a fighter. Choose one of them, but don’t tell me that you’re actually considering teaming with Stark to be able to fight them. I don’t trust the guy because as much as he might want to let the world know he’s seeking redemption, we know that people don’t just seek redemption the week after injuring the guy you left in charge of this place.

Brian Daniels: This isn’t about trusting Stark, but it’s about giving him the benefit of the doubt that he could change. His issues with Jacob Senn are his own that he will have to deal with, but I’m in the business of giving hope where there is believed to be none. People were looking at Shoot Nation with pity and despair with what The Phantom Troupe has done to it, but when I came into the picture and you became The Heaven’s Arena Cup winner, they’re starting to take notice of what’s happening. The tide is changing in this war, Jaydayne, and we need all the allies we can get. If Stark can prove to be an ally to Shoot Nation, whether he becomes a member or not, that means something in this battle against The Phantom Troupe.

Jaydayne Pendragon: I understand giving people second chances, I do. To give Stark a second chance would open the floodgates for you to be able to let anyone be given a second opportunity to be looked upon with a different perspective. Should we give John Doe a second chance? Aria Jaxon? CM Nas? Saul Omen? Gronk? Any of The Phantom Troupe?

Brian Daniels: I’m not saying to give everyone a second chance, I’m saying to give Stark an opportunity to prove that his issue with Jacob Senn doesn’t reflect the man he can be.

Jaydayne Pendragon: Fine. You want to deal with Stark, he’s your problem. If things do turn sour between the two of you because of this, don’t expect Shoot Nation to come to your rescue, Brian. Stark will be for you to deal with, no one else.

(Brian Daniels makes his departure from Jaydayne Pendragon while The Heaven’s Arena Cup winner starts to make his exit from the backstage hallway. He starts to reach the exit from the building WHEN HE’S JUMPED FROM BEHIND BY SCOTT OASIS AS HE LIFTS JAYDAYNE UP AND THROWS HIM RIGHT INTO THE BRICK WALL OF THE ARENA!)

Mark Stephens: WHAT’S THIS? SCOTT OASIS HAS ASSAULTED JAYDAYNE PENDRAGON BACKSTAGE AFTER HIS DISCUSSION WITH BRIAN DANIELS! Scott has Jaydayne by the hair to where he drags him to his feet, smacking him around in a teasing manner, right before he lifts him up POWERBOMBING HIM INTO THE BRICK WALL THIS TIME! Scott drops down and starts smacking Jaydayne in the face again to where he holds his face to look him in the eye!

John Doe walks out with his outstretched arms to welcome the disdain that the crowd has for him, laughing and mocking them by pouting towards their direction, before making his way towards the ring. He walks up the steps and enters into the ring to where he dons a smile upon his face before pulling a microphone from his trenchcoat.)

John Doe: Persistence. The human spirit has always been persistent in whatever goal has been established from it. Depending on whatever point of the moral compass that you may find yourself upon, it could be an advantage… or a detriment to those goals. On the topic of my persistence to make sure that the heroes of this company are exposed before you as vainglorious frauds that only cherish the adulation you present them with instead of your well-being, there’s no crime in that. My persistence knows no bounds, but so does the man that has made a challenge towards me at Budokai Tenkaichi… Masanori Kawada. The persistence that this man has in order to make sure that his heroic mantra can deliver hope unto the pathetic whelps of the world like yourselves has pushed him beyond limits that were placed before him. This persistence to be the hero that they can worship, this determination to break through whatever obstacle stands before them, it shall be what brings the death of Shoot Nation entirely. Whatever determination that they have, I shall break it. Whatever will has been built around them, it shall be shattered. These fools pretend to live in a fantasy world to where their problems shall be lifted through the conquering of the foes from The Phantom Troupe, but this goal remains impossible for them to achieve. That’s why I come to make sure that Masanori Kawada doesn’t end his career before it has taken flight into heights that he has dreamed about. This is why I have came out here… to convince him to cancel our match at Budokai Tenkaichi. As much as he might not believe it to be so, I don’t want his career to end for the world has already known that he’s nothing more than a failure unable to prevent the villains from attaining the treasures they seek. Masanori, allow me to be merciful to allow you an exit from this challenge.

(“Forces” by Susumu Hirasawa interrupts the leader of The Phantom Troupe with Masanori Kawada walking out to a plethora of fans rallying behind him with clapping and chanting of his name. “KA-WA-DA!” can be heard around the arena to where he walks down the ramp and enters into the ring to meet John Doe face-to-face. He takes a microphone from the Young Lions at ringside to where his look of intensity is palpable.)

Masanori Kawada: You’re right that my persistence has been placed towards making sure that villains like you don’t stand at the top to snuff the blazing fire of hope and passion that this world has. Ever since that moment when we crossed paths in the first-ever SSW Heritage Championship match, it has been my mission to make sure that The Phantom Troupe falls by my hands and that I’m the one that defeats you for the entire world to see. This moment has been what I’ve fought for through these months in Strong Style Wrestling and at Budokai Tenkaichi, I make sure that The Phantom Troupe finally answers for the crimes that they have done to not only Shoot Nation, but the entire SSW roster! I WILL NOT CANCEL THIS MATCH AND I WILL BRING THE PHANTOM TROUPE TO ITS KNEES IN HUMILITY!

(John Doe just shakes his head with laughter, chuckling at the pure passion that has been spoken by Masanori Kawada, as Doe doesn’t take him seriously.)

Vanessa Santiago betrayed Phantom Troupe to join the heroic family of Shoot Nation and look what happened to you, but you? A man that has tried to bring the destruction of The Phantom Troupe since the beginning? I’ll bring your destruction at Budokai Tenkaichi with no hesitation.

(John Doe slams his microphone into the chest of Masanori Kawada to where he rolls out of the ring to where he walks towards the backstage to leave the hero standing in the middle of the ring. Kawada stands in the ring and taunts to the crowd for support to where he would roll out of the ring, walking while he slaps hands with the crowd, clearing the arena as he makes his way backstage.)

(The camera pans back to Saya Takada standing by in the ring. “King’s Dead” by Kendrick Lamar hits to boos from the crowd as a cocky Miltiades walks down to the ring.)

Stephens: A great effort from Shinati in this fast-paced hard hitting match, but ultimately Miltiades was able to take the win. And as much as I hate to agree with you, you might be right about Virgo’s reign being in serious jeopardy at Budokai Tenkaichi…

(The camera pans back to Miltiades standing tall over Shinati Mizarki before he makes his exit from the ring towards the backstage area while the Young Lions help Shinati out of the ring to escort him backstage to clear the ring.)

(The camera cuts to an empty ring. “Hysteria” by Muse hits to boos as GREED walks down to the ring alone.)

GREED: In the weeks since I’ve claimed the leadership of the Tres Comas Club, I’ve come to the realization that… I should have been leader all along. Not Andre Virgo, not BANG - ME! This faction was left in shambles and now it’s my job to clean it up. We could have been more respected than Shoot Nation, more feared than The Phantom Troupe… There’s nothing nice to say about Ronin, but you all get the point don’t you? The reason is - we just keep throwing anyone who wants to join the Tres Comas Club into here, and for that I blame just one man… André Virgo. What’s the point of a Club if it isn’t exclusive to an elite few? I’m not surprised though, I hear André Virgo is a liberal - inclusion of the disgusting is his strong suit, and based on the bastards he’s left me behind in the Tres Comas Club, I’d say that’s exactly right. Now that being said - I have one FINAL ultimatum for everyone in the Tres Comas Club. I’m drawing this final line in the sand - you’re either with me, or you’re against me, and I PROMISE that anyone who chooses the latter will come to pay dearly for it.

No person in this entire roster has been able to not only step up to me, but to ANY of The Phantom Troupe that has been able to make this company bend to its will. I have reigned on my throne, a Queen that has reigned without a challenge worth my time, and now I have been disrespected by Drake Jaeger at each and every turn since he has returned from whatever Japanese retirement home that he has crawled out of.
